Don’t blame luke walton ,the lakers should have never been in such situation. It’s not luke’s fault.
The grizzlies have the worst road record in the nba, and the 3rd worst record overall in the nba. They come to staples center and beat the lakers. Kobe bryant was the only one who showed up for the game. Lamar odom has flu like symptoms, he was sick. Derek fisher had problems with his leg and is playing through injury. no pau gasol, no andrew bynum . lakers had no interior defense nor interior offense. Lakers took 45 3pt shot attempts. lakers franchise record. It is just horrible.
Kobe was on fire, he had 34 pts at halftime and 47 points after 3 quarters. The grizzlies were double teaming him in the last minutes of the 4th quarter, he passed the ball but the other players could not make a shot . sasha vujacic and ronny turiaf both had very bad shooting nights . lamar odom had only 2 points. Lakers just gave so many layups. no defense at all. It just sucks to loose to such a bad team . but the lakers did not show up for the game, and the grizzlies deserved the win.
kobe bryant had his 23rd 50+point game in his career. 92nd 40+point game in his career. kobe also set the lakers franchise record with 1060 3pt field goals made.
kobe raised his ppf career avg to 25pts per game , tied 11th all time with karl malone
lakers play wizards next on sunday at staples center.
